Creative Catholic Mamas Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 1, 2025
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Creative Catholic Mamas affiliate. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment
We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion. We welcome affiliates whose audiences align with our mission of helping families live their faith with joy and simplicity.
2. Commissions
Affiliates earn a commission of 50% for each sale made through their unique tracking link.
- Cookie duration: 90 days
- Payouts: Commissions are paid via Paypal on the 30th of each month for the prior month’s earning.
- Refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions will not generate commissions.
3. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Creative Catholic Mamas products using their unique affiliate links via blogs, email newsletters, and social media.
You may not:
- Use paid ads that bid on our brand name or URLs
- Misrepresent our products or make false claims
- Use spam, coupon sites, or misleading discount offers
- Share links in inappropriate or unrelated forums/groups
All promotions must be in line with our values and respectful of Catholic teaching.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and materials provided to affiliates remain the property of Creative Catholic Mamas. Affiliates may use provided assets for promotional purposes only.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate participation at any time for violations of these terms or for behavior inconsistent with our mission and values.
6. Modification
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of any modifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
Creative Catholic Mamas will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the affiliate program.
